This Month the Turfgrass Academy of South Africa rolled out the first workshop in the series of 4 that are aimed at upskilling general golf course maintenance workers, motivating them to see their role & their value in the game of golf, and hopefully reigniting their fire for the industry.
Our launchpad for this amazing series is the Garden Route. We are heading up to the rest of SA soon too! (Please drop us a mail for dates and venues or if you would like to get involved with this fantastic training initiative!)
We are training staff in the Garden Route from Mossel Bay to St Francis Bay at the moment – and we are having a blast doing it! The Garden Route golf courses are clearly investing in their staff, helping them grow in their careers & uplifting attitudes along the way!
